Our Story
We started AusBioLabs in 2019. Our goal was simple: let Australian labs buy peptides at home instead of overseas. Our founder spent more than ten years in lab chemistry, and during that time, he saw researchers struggle with uneven quality, slow shipping and little technical help. So, we built the business around one idea: peptide quality should never be a variable in your research. That's why we test every batch through an outside lab first.

How We Control Quality
Approved Supplier Network
We only buy from established, GMP-compliant peptide makers. Before we place a first order, each supplier must pass a full vetting process. First, we review their paperwork. Independent Checks on Every Batch
As soon as a batch lands at our facility, we place it into quarantine. Then, we draw samples and send them to independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs. These labs test for:
- Identity: HPLC retention time, which mass spec then confirms
- Purity: HPLC testing, targeting ≥99%, plus a full impurity profile
- Heavy metals: lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury, tested by ICP-MS
- Residual solvents: GC-MS testing, where the synthesis route calls for it
- Endotoxin: LAL testing on each batch
As a result, we can show ≥99% purity, a full test report for every batch, and complete tracking through our LOT number system.
Controlled Facility
Our Melbourne site runs under controlled conditions. We use calibrated instruments and follow set procedures. Where it applies, we also use 0.22 µm filtration and freeze-drying under clean conditions.
